The short version. This site sets no analytics cookies and uses no advertising trackers. The only information I receive is what you choose to send me through the site's forms. It is used solely to reply to you and follow up on your real estate project. It is never sold.

You can browse the entire site without providing any information. Data is collected only if you fill out one of these three forms:
No account to create, and nothing is collected without your knowledge while you browse.
Solely to get back to you: send the guide you requested, answer your question about a listing, and follow up on your real estate project. If you receive an email from me, it is because you asked for it through one of these forms.
Your information is never used for targeted advertising and is never sold or rented to anyone.
Information submitted through the forms is sent to my private server, then recorded in my client relationship management tool (CRM), which I use to follow up on projects. Both systems are securely hosted and access to them is restricted.
Some of these tools are hosted outside Quebec, notably in the United States. Your information is protected there by appropriate technical and contractual safeguards, including encrypted communications.

Your information is kept for as long as it takes to answer your request and follow up on your project. If I do not hear from you, your file is deleted or anonymized after a reasonable period, and no later than three years after our last exchange. Documents tied to a completed transaction must however be kept longer, in accordance with Quebec real estate brokerage rules.
